Irrigation Sprinklers

I woke up this morning to the sound of irrigation sprinklers............at least I thought it was..........there's nothing like the sound of those big sprinklers, rotating back and forth, shooting huge sprays of water across the fields. And the smell of the outdoors soil, and summer fragrances, with the river nearby, oh yeah, for a moment this morning as I was dragging myself out of bed the memories were all rushing in........then, I realized that it was only the dog itching fiercely, that made the irrigation sprinkler sound and the air was a bit cooler this morning and a little musty, as we had a heavy rain in the night...even though it was only for a moment, it was memory of the farm, and that was enough to get me up and running, instead of out to the corn field, out to the travel agency.
