Friends....What a blessing to have Roxanna and her daughter Bianca, from Cakewalk Organics join us at The Spice and Tea Exchange for our first meeting this morning. Roxanna baked one of her delicious organic cakes soaked in Orange sauce, and then showed us how to use a torch to touch the top of the flavored sugar crystals over fresh sliced bananas on a stick. It was sooooooo tasty and moist...we had fun while learning something new! She taught us how to use the torch to cook with........look out fire dept...the calls will be coming!
